4MP Management Consultancy had been established, with a view to help business entrepreneurs in Gujarat whose enterprise had reached almost at the corporate in terms of business turn over but they were lacking that type of management structure.It was observed that they were facing many day to day business problems which were arising out of the lacking of proper management structure. 4MP Management consultancy helped them in developing formal need based management structure; in developing systematic need based distribution channels.
